Many great memories from Jupiter this year.  The HSBBW son's performed well.  As always the most talented high school players anywhere at one place.  As always, by far,  the most MLB scouts, college coaches and agent/advisors at any baseball event on earth.

For quite sometime we have known that BACDORSLIDER's son is a highest level pitching prospect. But what he did in Jupiter really stood out.  As mentioned in another thread he threw a perfect game, striking out 14.

Just as good in my mind was watching him being interviewed by Daron Sutton.  Ethan sure impressed me as being very humble and also very knowledgeable.  Cool kid!  I think many on here will enjoy watching Daron's production from Jupiter.  Actually some other interesting interviews in this video.

Interview was really something! Kid has a lot of humility, personality and can obviously flat out pitch! Notice I didn’t say throw...that’s the difference between 93-94 with and without the walks! I watched the entire 52 minute video and it was well worth the time invested! Son couldn’t make Jupiter this year because of family commitments but he is just starting his JR year so we will keep October clean for next year!

Awesome stuff here, watched the entire video.

Backdoorslider- you’ve got yourself one great young man. I’ll definitely be following him in the years to come. Wish the best for him in his future endeavors!

For those that don’t know Anthony Seigler, that kid is in my backyard and is some kind of special. Can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!

PG- thanks for sharing the link and son and I both can’t wait to make it down to Jupiter next year!

Anthony Seigler is another very special kid and player.  We are so lucky being able to see these young kids.  It is so refreshing to see how many of these top prospects are so humble and polite these days.  There not all that way, but so many are, that it sure looks good for the future of baseball.

Looking back at past players we have had the pleasure of knowing.  Young guys like Correa, Seager, Springer, Bregman, Kershaw, Bryant, Russell, Rizzo, Lindor, Trout, and so many others that are simply great representatives of the sport.  Things are really looking up for the future of the game we all love.

What a nice young man!  Obviously has impressive baseball skills but the manner in which he comports himself is even more impressive.  His style reminds of a right handed Clayton Kershaw.  The interview starts at about 39 minutes of the tape for those who may not have time to watch the whole video.  With kids like this coming up, major league baseball will continue to outdraw the NFL for ratings imho.

BDS, I know you are so proud of your kid!  Depending on how the next draft goes for him, can’t wait for the matchups if he makes it to Vandy. He is in a win-win situation.

Yeah...I think Vandy is losing this one.

Nooooooooooooooooooo! But I'm a Vandy fan. I'm afraid he won't be the only one in this class we lose either. Seriously though I hope each kid ends up where they truly want to be.
