Ball hits bat twice on follow through

Thinking about this at work...
Batter swings hits ball, and on follow through, hits again (fair or foul I don't think matters)

I remember reading in OBR that this is just a foul ball, but I'm not positive.

I know if the bat hits the ball/ball rolls into bat scenario, but I think this bat hitting ball is an exception...
Do I have it right under OBR?
