BamBoo Brand wooden bats

Anyone with experience with these have any comments?
Just bought the 3 pak off Justbats, son says they seem a little lighter than other bats I have had, I advised bamboo is a lighter wood!?

Also on a side note, the ones I bought were listed as Asian Hardwood, is there a difference or is that still bamboo?

Realize for one moment that pandas are an endangered species and bamboo is their main food source---where is PETA? Did they miss this one?

Did some research and apparently there are up to 1200 types of bamboo while the panda only finds about 5 of them tasty so the question is are bats made from one of these 5. If not then PETA should be OK, at least as far as the critters are concerned.

Panda #'s are not in jeopardy for a lack of bamboo, anymore than when bald eagle #s were low, was it from a lack of fish.

As some bamboo bat makers state, they grow like weed, which it is, yet a very hard weed....

Bald eagles were placed on the endangered list primarily as a result of both human predation and DDT poisoning.

We tried Bamboo when they first came out. My guy preferred wood, he felt that it had better pop than bamboo. He actually broke his first one, but was replaced due to the warranty they carry.

Bald eagles eat salmon. Salmon is not a good material for a baseball bat.
