Now that most kids have completed baseball camps for the summer I thought it a good time to find out about camps for next summer. My son will be 14. I am on the east coast. Thanks.

Will he be on a travel ball team, playing most weekends? Will the team be headed to WWBA in Georgia? I would use my "camp money" for that.
Or, are you looking into day camps or over night camps? In the Richmond area, RBA South runs several week long half-day camps and the University of Richmond has an overnight camp/day camp that my boys attended when they were younger. Many of the Virginia colleges run camps. But when my player was 14, he was traveling every weekend, playing mostly 15U tournaments and just starting the team college showcase circuit.
The summer he was 15, he spent a week with his team each in Myrtle Beach, Ft. Myers, and Georgia. That was better than camp to him!
