This baseball clinic will provide top notch information and techniques in all facets of the game including:
-Proper warm up and throwing routines for pitchers and position players
-Injury prevention and PRE-hab for pitchers including pitch counts and age specific pitches
-The college recruiting process
-Mental side of the game
-Learning proper swing mechanics
-Demonstration of some of the most effective drills and techniques for pitching, hitting, baserunning and more!
