Im sure everybody has herd how core is very important in baseball. It is our "core" lol! all of our power comes and starts from our core. The Core consists of the trunk, pelvis, hips, abdominal muscles and small muscles along the spinal column.
To have a ridicously strong core you have to have resistances training as well as free weights. Barry Lovelace is a great example of someone who can teach core training better than any body I have talked to. There is a post about him at how2baseball if your interested in more routins.
