I would say call rather than email. Nice Place that I personally work out at. 7 cages in total, two iron mikes, open space if two cages are pulled back. Great pitching instruction done by Hank Lott. Justin Stone, master instructor at the BullsSox Academy also works there on weekends.

Nice place, hit there back in the day, home of famous hitting instructor Steve Hayward. Steve is a great guy, never worked with him before but he has worked with many top illinois prospects. If you go there, look at the walls!!

Also worked out here before. I played with the White Sox Amateur City Elite Team and that was our practice facility. Good Instruction, master instructor is Justin Stone. Great instructor and loves the game.
Hope this helps. These are the four I know of, all have good facilities, good instructors, and i enjoy all of them. If you want good hiting instruction you have two good choices from Justin Stone and Steve Hayward, both know there stuff and love the game.
BallDad56, If you're looking in the north shore, I'd certainly try Slammers in Lake Forest. It's a large facility with many hitting tunnels, pitching machines and all the rest. Also great for pitchers. Top notch instruction available. Good luck
