there's some old threads on the site about this. My son attended an event, but it was back in 2003 I believe so don't know what's up with them currently. At that time, I found them to be a complete rip off. It was all very expensive and nothing special about what they did. But again, in fairness that was about 4 years ago or so, so can't speak to where they are at today.
I've rarely seen much positive posted about Baseball Factory over the several years I've hung around this board; very pricey, lots of seemingly "All Americans" in their system, and lots of complaints about too much money.

Team One used to be highly regarded and when they merged with Baseball Factory, there was lots of curiosity as to whether Team One would pull Baseball Factory up, or Baseball Factory would pull Team One down, and it seems to be the latter as Team One isn't much mentioned these days.

Even the grand poobah of showcases, Perfect Game, seems to be doing a whole lot more events than they used to, and all of these college coaches can't be getting to all of these things, unless they simply punt any semblance of a personal life.( and I realize some do live like gypsies...)

If you can identify a collection of target schools, which is sometimes hard early in the game as everyone starts with D-I Omaha dreams, contact them and see where they go to look for players. In most areas of the country, there seem to be some premier events that all the coaches attend; In our state, Virginia, the Commonwealth Games are far and away the best exposure, short of the East Coast Professional Showcase, which is even more exclusive.
