Baseball "Operations" Manual

Do any of you head or longtime guys have something like an Operations Manual, for lack of a better term, for your program? Something that details most aspects of how your program is run.

I'm putting one together now in preparation of an interview and would love any insight some of you may have. Thanks.

start with Ron Polk's Baseball Playbook....there isn't much that is not addressed in there in some fashion.

Schwammi! You are right on! When the words "Baseball Operations Manual" are referenced the 1st thing that comes to mind is Ron Polk's "Baseball Playbook".

Very good and detailed information for coaches.

Agreed, just thought someone here may have worked up something similar for their own programs, on a much smaller scale.
