Looking for something to do 2-3 times a week that is geared towards baseball and getting better. Anybody have a workout (post it) or suggest something.
Also can you tell me what is and the proper Rice Bucket excersie?
Ain't baseball specific but if you want to build some functional strength, get a sledgehammer and a big (real big) tire and start swinging. Check the web and you'll find some workouts.
