If a woman is given a choice between catching a fly ball and saving an infant's life, she will choose saving the infant every time.....without even considering how many men are on base.

That's a classic Dave Barry. I would argue, that a woman, unlike most men, would not have to choose between the two... she would be able to accomplish both at the same time.
