Depends on what you have access to. If you have access to a weight room, then hit the basics: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Rows, and Squat some more. Run sprints. If you've never lifted before, make sure you learn the lifts properly with good form before going very heavy.

 

If you have no access to a weight room, then focus on bodyweight stuff. Push ups, body weight squats, pull ups/chin ups, squat thrusts/burpees. Run Sprints. 

 

I don't know that I would call any of this a baseball workout as much as a general workout that would be good for most sports.

 

Others may offer something more specific.
