Anyone here got any good tips for increasing bat speed? I've looked on Youtube and have found some okay drills I could do this winter to prepare for tryouts next year.
Some I have found for Tee work are:
Top Hand Drill
On Knee Drill
Feet Together Drill
Wide open stance drill

Anyone got anything else?

Like TRHit mentioned, resistance training can strengthen the arms especially the forearms, wrists, and hands which can help with bat speed.
I would also mix in some speed training to train the muscles to move more quickly. Only doing strengthening exercises can teach your arms to move slowly. The saying "train slow, swing slow" applies.
Dry swings with a broom stick (at least 35 in.) and/or a fungo bat where you try to swing absolutely as quick as you can without losing your balance trains your hands to get used to moving faster. Basically, "train fast, swing fast."
Some guys even do more speed swings than strengthening swings. They strengthen using weights but train bat speed with light bats.

Good luck!

hmmm, I wouldn't do any of those. They will slow your bat speed.

Top hand will force you to use your hands.

The others prevent you from using your lower half.

Have you tried hitting balls off a tee as far as you can? Try keeping your hands back as long as possible. Experiment and see how far you hit it.

Agree with meacharm, need to train fast to swing fast. Strength training will help some, but is limiting almost to the point of being detrimental.
I would do what Coach May said, improve your swing mechanics. Then I would look into a good overload underload program.

When you look at the programs pay attention to the specifics, the number of sets, % of increase in weighted bat and just as important the % of decrease in weight on the underload portion.

Many will also recommend some weighted balls to hit during the overload portion.

First things first however and you mechanics should be rock solid!
The most important thing in creating speed of any kind is to relax and use your levers. To create foot speed you would need to increase ankle flexibality, to create bat speed you want to create wrist mobility, let the wrist unhinge into the swing by getting the bathead to fly by the hands after you get stiff with the front arm, your bottom hand wrist will be cocked at the begining of your swing toward your body, you want to release that cocked lever into your swing, that is what allows you to create clubhead speed in golf as well. The best example of this kind of swing is Hank Aaron's, that guy knew how to use his wrist.
