Baum Bat Handle

Does anyone know how to make the baum bat handle tapered? I have the standard knob model and I’m not sure if a bat taper would work since the knob is shaped differently.

Baum bats are composite and their strength comes from the outer layer so messing with that probably will weaken the bat so I would use tape to get knob the way you want it and fo get bout' doing anything else. Great durable bat BTW my son used one for all of his wood bat events...plus its the Indian not the arrow.
