Still trying to recover from the tavel to and from Waco -- I file this report.
(1) I have seen a lot of College Ballparks/Facilities -- but nothing like the Baylor Ballpark. Unbelieveable.
(2) Everything that could have gone wrong Fri Nite did-- expect Jeremy to rebound Fri in Oxford.
(3) Mark McCormick hit 99 on some Jugs Fri Nite and 95-96 by Scouts on Stalkers. Serious heat.
(4) Jensen Lewis pitched well Sat for the win -- we need that Sat Pitcher to be effective.
(5) Sundays slugfest was odd , with Mullins exiting early and then the Staff settled down.
(6) All in all -- Baylor has a terrific Team despite their preseason record. Will be interested to see how their Conference goes.
(7) Vandy will have to get better pitching from their Fri/Sun starters or it will be a long season. This weekend in Oxford will be a test that could go either way.
