Everyone has Bayside at the bottom because they have not proved to many to be worthy of being moved up. Lost several key players. I think the field needs a make over. I am calling Kenny at Harbor Park to see what he can mustard up. They had a beautiful field 4-5 years ago...what the heck happen? FC has the best field in Hampton Roads. You at least feel like you are at a college ball game there. I am proud to be a Patriot!
not sure if f.C deserves to be in top 4, but Bayside had casey king, tommy kane, cody synder, josh horn, some guy name Bubba who made commaweath games, long brothers, and several athletes, and they wernt very good, so how how can Bayside expect anything better? huh? come on man, its Kellam with great coaching and players, Salam, great coaching and players, then its a toss up, but bayside had their chance with those players.
that list looks good, but P.A, F.C, Cox, landstown, and O.L, all games will be tight, all about the same, whoever can hit with the new bats and throw strikes will be in top 4, although Im an F.C dad, i thought the pitching was pretty good today, better then i expected, is there a better athlete then Joey Brown in the Beach, I luv Turner Bishop, but the Brown kid is pretty good
I stand by what I said, 3-8 is a toss up for the tournament. The bishop kid got hurt again? He is surely one of the best 2013 in the state I think we have a ton of talent in the beach stasky, both Sinnen boys, Faison, Walker, kunz, Ott, rhinerth, just to name a few. Looking forward to a very competitive season in the beach.

kunz listed above is Riley Koonce Ocean Lakes 2013 RHP/OF who I feel will open a few eyes this year in the beach.

Nick Ott transferred out of F.C, not sure to what school, and the 1 players name is Rienerth, but Salem and Kellam are very talented, but anything can happen, the new bats are going to make games closer then you might expect, its going to be a great season, each team had better know their bunt defenses, lol

are u sure u spelled rienerth right tweetsy how is miachael doing
lol, I probably do have air sickness, F.C does have 1 wildcard, and if he can Pitch like he did when he was 14, then we have 1A in Kellam, 1B in Salem, and 1C in F.C, the guy was that good, but he hasnt played in 3 years so thats why I have F.C 4th or 5th, F.C is young with only a few players with Varsity playing time, but Livers behind the plate and Joey Brown leading off, thats a good starting point, with some games under their belt, they will be a better team at the end of the year then the beginning, as was Cox last year

FC also has Jeff Orzell coming up as a Junior this year. I suspect that he'll do very well pitching.
D Rienerth is the younger brother of M. Rienerth. M Rienerth pitched last year at FC and is at ODU. D. has never pitched an inning in a regulary season Varsity Baseball Game. Let's not get too far infront of ourselves by putting pressure on him by calling him an "ACE". Pilot is correct and knows FC well. If Frizzel can make up for a few lost years then he will be the man at FC, if not it looks like a pretty inexperienced staff with likely no "ACE".
Pilot where did Ott go?
How many times did the coach strike out, how many times did the coach leave runners on base to end the inning, and how many unearned runs did the coach give up. Did the coach pitch his best pitchers and play his best players? I am thinking, yes. Tomchik and Lemasters pitched a ton. Two of the best. If they were so good then they would not have been in so many situations where the coach could loose so many games!
If I am not mistaken they lost to Cox in extra innings in the district semi finals. Cox was pitched 3 or 4 kids in the game. PA had their chances and simply did not score enough runs.

I could not disagree more. In the 3 games I saw, Jimmy Hunt made solid decisions. They simply did not hit the ball. As long as you didn't let Tomchick beat you with the bat, you could beat PA last year. PA's defense was weak at best. All you had to do was put the ball in play against Tomchick and LeMaster.

Jimmy Hunt is one of the better coaches in the area, I don't know where you get your info from.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion but it doesn't mean your opinion is correct (just as mine may not be correct). However, in all 3 games that I watched last year, PA lost. It was the same formula. Jimmy can't catch the ball for them nor can he hit for them. I don't know many tactical mistakes you can make when you don't hit and don't catch the baseball. It kinda makes winning difficult, don't you think?

As a matter of fact, I witnessed one decision that I COMPLETELY disagreed with but he made it for the sake of winning (or trying to).

Please feel free to share where you feel the coach went wrong. Perhaps there is something I am missing.

Don't throw the kids under the bus either. What I saw was a team with 3 D1 pitchers that lost alot of low-scoring games. Fielding was good enough to win. Hitting was weak. Perhaps most powerful hitter (Fairbanks) sat the bench often to put the better fielders on the field.....with that pitching they probably could have used his bat more often.

Not sure I follow your comment. You say they had 3 D1 pitchers and lost a lot of low scoring games, but close by saying they needed the bat of their most powerful hitter because of their pitching?
