UINDY is a small campus in a big-time town. i've been there many times. It's a good atmosphere as far as scholastics, athletics, & social life. It has decent athletic facilities for sure. It's a DII which you probably already know. Their baseball team is going to be pretty good this year but they need some bullpen help so I am hearing. They have a kid who played basketball for them who is only going to play baseball (SS) and he is very good (Tyler Kitchel)... The area the school is located in is on the southside of Indy and has a mixed socio-economic persuasion. There are really neat things to do within a very short driving distance including downtown INDY, just a VERY short drive. The area is very clean and crime is not a huge issue in that area for the most part. They have a very good campus police dept. that monitors that area for speeders and suspicious activity so you can feel safe that your son is safe. Any other questions, let me know.
