Hi guys. New here but a long time groundskeeper. Looking to replace the bases this year and would like to hear what is working for you. We have used Soft Touch bases for a long time but they are just not holding up to spikes. Not sure if they they changed their rubber compound or what. Want to stay with a progressive release style. Thanks

What we have now is enough older bases to use them for practice.... and we save the "fresh" ones for games.

I worked out a solution with Soft Touch directly, very helpful and quick to respond. Lou stands behind his product and will make premature wear issues right. They had issues with their rubber compound but have resolved them. Our replacement bases were put into service and are holding up much better than our previous ones.
