My son just finished his second enjoyable year at McLennan last Spring. They won the conference with a season record of 40-14. Finished second to Temple (another fine program)in the Regional Tournament. His freshman year they finished second to Grayson in the conference. McLennan has a beautiful setting for a stadium and they just finished very nice dressing rooms and an indoor practice facilities that should really help their recruiting. They players lived in very nice duplexes in China Spring, about 5 or 6 miles from campus. With their location in Waco, they drew quality players from the Houston area to the Dallas area, with a number of guys from small towns (like my son from Celina). They've got great support from the athletic director and president who attended many games. It was definitely a good experience for my son, who is now playing at Tarleton.
