Concur with most above.
Cressey has a lot of free articles on his website that give his thoughts on workouts for pitchers. For more details you can order his latest "Show and Go" workout routine and modify it based on the pitching articles.

Wolforth has a new combat pitcher coming out soon that will add in more access and correct type screens and how to adress your specific issues.

Wolforth also has a pitching coaches symposium in Dec that you can order the DVDs of.

SET-PRO good luck, alot of good info on his forum but it will take you a very long time to read through and get knowlegeable. He does not have a product out now.

Steve Englishbey has a website on mostly hitting, but he is very good with pitching mechanics. No DVD on pitching as of yet, but some good info in his private forum on pitching mechanics.

I have met with all of the above except for Nym-an (SET-PRO) whom I have only talked to on the phone.

Good luck

Go to DrMikeMarshall.com and learn about what it takes from a credentialed sports physiologist to become the best you can be. His “sport specific” interval training programs are tailored for your particular biological age group and will help you learn how to pitch injury free by learning how to perform your mechanics with non-injurious force applications in your top half and if you choose also in your bottom half. Good luck, all you need is yourself and these tenets. It's also free
