Papelbon does qualify and he has to easily be the most impressive. He's 1-1 with a 0.30 ERA, 31 K's/4 walks in 30 1/3 IP. 20/21 in save chances. He also leads Major League Baseball in saves.
they all have great potential, but you left off two people, Ryan Zimmerman and Prince Feilder, both who are competeing for rookie of the year in the nl
both can hit well, zimmerman has a great glove and is the front runner so far for gold glove
but who i think will be the best out of this group is Liriano, hes got an electric fastball and in the long run is going to be better than his teammate johan santana
papelbon has done well as a relief pitcher, im anxious to see how he will do when he gets some starts
jer. weaver has started off with a 3-0 record for the angels with a low era, he's going to be better than jeff
