Have tried a couple of different chocolate whey protien shakes on the kids. One was disgusting, one was tolerable. Anyone have any brand they think tastes better than another or any particular flavor that seems less objectionable or even good?

Or perhaps you have an old family recipe for making silk purses out of whey protien ears?

I know alot of very good ballplayers that do take N.O-XPLODE in off-season. They have for the last couple of years with no side affects. When taking
NOX you have to work your a** off .You do have to
drink large quanities of water to help flush system.
Have seen some amazing gains but it is mostly thru hard work. Jon should know he seems to know everything else. Wink
N O is just not very good from what I hear. It is good, however, at getting you focused on your training. When I take it, it really gets me in the zone. You feel like someone has to make you leave the weight room. I think the container says you need to drink a gallon of water per day when you take it.

Personally I like it, but others say it is bad for you.
I was hoping we could avoid talking about Arnold. As much as I think that he is the greatest chemist of our era, BALCO put a bad rep on what he has done for athletes legally. That SI issue where they gave him the title Dr. Evil was pure garbage, as are most mainstream articles about him and his creations. When I tried to convince my parents to go with ErgoPharm products, Patrick Arnold was certainly not brought up in the conversation as they buy into a lot of the mainstream bias and resort to the media hysteria instead of looking at facts.

EDIT: I thought I might point out that ErgoPharm is the Mercedes Benz of supplements, with quality comes cost.

He used to be on bodybuilding.com all the time...not so much anymore. Ironically I have never seen such an honest businessman...and his wit is unmatched.
