I personally have not done this program , but I know that it is very popular with the high schools . If you are a multi-sport athlete I think that it will work in building a solid base of strength . If you are concentrating on a particular sport , then I think that you might want to do some research and find a program that will hit your specific needs .

The BFS is a good program but must be implimented with a clinic for both the coaching staff and then the student body. An important addition to the BFS program is a plyometric program that compliments it. Within the BFS is the ability to add "auxiliaries." These are sports specific lifts that can be implemented in a Physical Education Class if you have one or can be added to any before or after school workout. Access to information on these "auxiliaries" can be gained by contacting your "Clinician."
