Obviously today's games were held at Safeco Field. The Mariners rolled out the red carpet for all involved in this event. First two nine innings games today, with a full round of BP on the field, in/out, each player introduced before the games with live video feeds on the Jumbotron and names on the scoreboard, each pitcher had their pitch counts displayed on the upper deck along with their velos, full score book on the center field scoreboard, grounds crew groomed the field twice during the games, and the whole time the game was aired live on the Jumbotron, four umprires, and tournament tee shirts. What happened today is something I will never forget and want to thank the Seattle Mariners, the Chicago White Sox, and Baseball Northwest for a putting on a first class event. I just can't say enough.

Also the players have the opportunity to purchase a DVD footage of all the action.

At Safeco,Game #4

White Sox 10, USA Mariners 0

Illinois kid's Heesch, Krol, and Swank all pitched in this game. Swank touched 88 again today. Team finished 2 and 2 overall. Jarek Pritchard hit a line drive home run to right field yesterday I forgot to add. Quite an impressive feat for a '09 with a wood bat in a big league ball park.

Kids had a blast and they will have some pretty interesting stories about Safeco when they get back home tonight or tomorrow.

CP, Doing well, blew my meal money at Pike's Market sending fresh sea food home to all my family members. Again hats off to Bobby Fontaine and Jim Fitzgerald with the Seattle Mariners for a first class event.
