Blue Grey-Wake Forest vs. Headfirst Honor Roll Showcases

My son is a junior pitcher( tall lefty, good student) has been invited to both B/G and Headfirst Honor. They have conflicting dates for us and we need to pick one. He is doing Stanford Camp/Showcase the Academic Showcase here in NJ in August. Any experience with both of these? any advice?
