The University has taken the first step in adding a baseball program by announcing that wrestling is being dropped. It sounds like baseball is 3-5 years out. The move will align the school with the rest of the conference. Sad for the wrestlers, but a great addition for baseball players out West.

This will be huge for our area! The Boise Hawks' owners building a new stadium downtown will be great for baseball in the area. It is highly likely that the Broncos will play in that stadium, I am sure helped move the decision along. Pretty cool...
