Nice story out of Detroit. Pitcher Jeremy Bonderman gets $38 mil extension only 3 seasons after enduring a 6-19 record himself and teams 119 losses.
It must have took a bunch of mental toughness and support around him to keep his spirits up during such a tough season.
Bonderman and the Tigers rebounded amazingly from such a low. Congrats to him and smart move by the organization not letting him see free-agency in 08.
