Book on Leadership

I am looking for a book on leadership for my captains that we can read and work through as a group. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe not found in the "Leadership" section of the library but might be right up your alley...

"Life is Yours to Win" by Augie Garrido, Head Baseball Coach of University of Texas

Easy read. Really emphasizes the team approach. And that there is a bigger "thing" out there beyond baseball.

You could probably read it in a weekend to see if its what you are looking for.
