Hi, baseball regie,
I read your comments to Tyler in regards to his making the New York-Penn league All-Star team, it is a great experience when making All-Star teams at any level but it is something more special when one does so in professional baseball, he has something special to put in his scrap book and memories to always remember, as I have.
I am from K.C.it is good to see that some one from K.C.is on the HSBB web. are you a player? if so, who do you play for? what school do you go to? if you are not a player who did you play for? what school did you go to? I am from the East and Northeast sides of K.C. I played in the Ban-Johnson league before signing with the Philadelphia org. I have numerous memories of playing there especially at the old C.Y.C. stadium at 51st. St. and Swope Parkway, now called, Satchel Paige, memorial stadium, Making both the All Star teams of legion and Ban-Johnson league during the same two seasons, and going to Lawrence Ks. to play their All-Star legion team.
How did you like the college world series?
