What does your pregame hitting routine consist of.

Keep swinging it.

Lefty

Tee (in no particular order):
Rhythm/Swingbuilder Drill
Stretch and Fire
Happy Gilmore (Walkthrough)
One legged drill (either here, or in BP)
Inside Seam drill

BP:
Stretch and Fire
One legged drill
Neck Slot Drill

Pregame routine:
Warm-ups
Stretch and Fire (BP and tee)
One-legged drill (tee)
Regular BP
When you work on a specific drill you have to have a clear objective on what's the value on doing the drill. Are you trying to shorten the swing? Are you trying to hit opposite side? Do you want to get a better feel for weight transfer?

Whatever drill you are doing make sure you are working on something specific that you want to improve.

Pros have the advantage of telling their hitting coach which drills they want to work. HS hitters and youngster have to do whatever their coaches tell them to do.

Regardless of the age I like to explain my hitters the purpose of the drill, the benefit and after 10-15 reps of a drill, I like them to take 8-10 regular swings between each drill. That way they can feel the benefit of the drill on the regular swing.

The more advanced the player is the more they should be doing an individual routine.

Low Finish, what is stretch and fire?
I picked up a drill from Kevin Long, Yankees, to work with hitters keeping their hands inside on pitches down the middle and pull pitches. He takes a Box net and puts it on home plate so the net is facing the hitter. He places it on homeplate on the outer third and flips balls from the front down the middle and in. He really does wonders on keeping players from coming around the ball. Rudy Armijo does the same drill but in the cage up along the net.
Personally I always have the same routine in practices, I start off with this.

10-15 of just getting warm
15 walk through swings 5 to each field
10 high legs
10 High tee
10 Low tee
Extra drills one hand

After my tee work I go to front toss. 3 rounds of 10 going to each field

Bp:
depending on the rounds I always start off to opposite field. This allows you to see the ball for long as possible.
Then I work on hitting the ball where it is pitched.
Then I have a feel good round to build my confidence. Meaning let it go, get the bat head out and drive the ball.
