Doyle baseball (http://www.doylebaseball.com) has a method that I swear by.

1. Sumberge the glove underwater for 20-25 seconds.
2. Wipe off the excess water then put two balls in the pocket, 1 at the bottom, and one directly above it.
3. Wrap the glove in string or twine and et it hang in a closet or something overnight.
4. Unwrap the glove and start stretching the fingers apart and work the glove by grabbing the thumb with one and and the pinky with the other and vigourously moving your hands up and down to loosen the lacing.
5. Use Shaving cream with LANOLIN!!! to help break in even further at hinges.

Good luck
