Nice win, but still really wish they hadn't decided to drop the program, though it does put the MAC back to an even 10 teams instead of 11, which has made for a not so great situation heading into the last weekend. 3 teams are off and are playing non-conference games while the MAC tourney teams are being decided on other fields. It will also require the MAC to restructure their divisions for next year, as it will leave 4 in the East and 6 in the West. Hoping they just go to one 10-team division and play a 27 game league schedule instead of the current 24.....and also likely put all 10 teams into the MAC tourney instead of 8 they have now. bottom 4 teams play 1st round games, top 6 get a first round bye. I guess we'll have to see.
