Runner is at 2nd no outs batter is showing bunt.
Who holds the runner on second with a righty batter up and if it is the second baseman can he cover first in time of a bunt?
How do you hold the runner at second and have someone at first on a bunt situation? What do you do to hold the runner and defend the bunt?

1b charges to 10 ft of batter, rf moves toward 1b, cf moves to right center.
objective keep runner at 2b. If bunt successful it is like intentional walk.

Sure, but if the 2B holds him and the batter is good, he should be hitting behind the runner instead of in front of him

Yes it leaves left side open in the event that the batter does a fake-bunt/slash and manages to slash to the left side....but the fake-bunt/slash is so darned rare that it's not even worth thinking about.
