Calvert Hall's Perfect Season

Calvert Hall capped their unimaginable season last night with a 4-0 win over Mt. St. Joe. Varsity 33-0 (State record), JV 26-0, Freshman 16-0 for a total of 75-0 program-wide. Congrats CHC players, coaches, and parents!

R Ringer, Michael Dillon pitched an amazing complete game! You are right he is a pitching gem and one heck of a great kid!

The Cardinals are currently ranked 4th in The USA Today.

There simply are not words to describe how happy I am for Michael today. He deserves every bit of credit for what he has done on the way to helping his team accomplish this amazing achievement! I regret that I wasn't able to be there to watch him and cheer him on.

I hope that college coaches recognize Michael's potential. He's a bright, humble, quiet young man who is an absolute bulldog on the mound. He lives for big games and has ice water running through his veins. He's the type of young man that coaches dream about having. He has a really wonderful, supportive family as well. I could type 10,000 words of praise here and still not fully express how fond I am of this young man. I'm just fortunate that I was able to spend two fall seasons with him.
