Camp during Quiet Period

2013 received an invitation to a camp this weekend. There's quite a list of coaches (all levels) who will be there from other colleges, not just the host school (D-I).

If I am reading the rules correctly, these "helping" coaches technically cannot talk to 2013 other than to instruct him, and they are probably compensated for their time as camp instructors.

Is this how it is working during a Quiet Period?

Yes,
Camps are allowed during quiet periods as long as the coaches are paid instructors and they are not engaged in active recruiting.
