Kip Wells pitched 6 strong innings today gave up one run.. He's been pretty good over the last month. Hopefully he and Eaton can pitch well the rest of the way and if Millwood and Padilla stay strong they have a good shot at winning this division. On the other hand Anaheim has some great pitching themselves. It will be close.

Another quality win last night. Thought Millwood looked good. I've never seen one player ravage a single team before like Vlad Guererro does to the Rangers - that cat can rake.
What is Guererro's hit streak against the rangers at now? 43 or 44

Why is it that the Rangers can win the first two of a series and then finish the series losing the next two and end up with a split...seems like that has happened several times this year (wonder if there are any stats on that...).
Winning the first two means they have the talent, losing the next two means they need direction, focus, team chemistry and leadership...? Are they getting the most out of the talent they have?

Rangers win today 7-6 after being behind 6-0 in the 2nd inning and take 3 out of 4 from the Tigers. Is there a chance brewing that these guys can make a strong run? I am hoping!!

Funneldrill, you may be onto something there. Taking three of four on the road against the best team in baseball without Buck says something. Alas, only moving up a 1/2 game on the A's through the series says even more.....

Three of four from Tigers w/o Buck and now they drop three straight to Tampa with him.

Losing a series to KC, then recently to TB says it all...Buck doesnt get his team ready when it counts...if Buck is not accountable for his team's performance, then who? Im not saying that the Rangers have the best players in the AL but I wouldnt trade rosters with KC or TB...

The one constant through all the years, Ray, has been the Rangers will never have pitching. No matter who the owner, GM or manager.
Well I am a cardinals fan, so I really dont have much room to talk, but until the rangers get a solid bulpen and rotation they won win, pitching wins games. Just ask isringhausen, hes the exact opposite of a winner
