What game did you hear and or see? Coppell was up 6-1 early, two fly balls that should have been outs and then a little trouble, the game and the series was never in doubt.

I was watching and Lamar could have just as easily won that first game which might have lead to a totally different series. I agree you guys had a dropped fly ball but we committed 7 errors that lead to 3 or 4 unearned runs. The big inning where we scored 4 runs was legit with a couple of hits and the GrandSlam. While I appreciate your confidence in Coppell baseball, I think your team underestimated Lamar and the challenge we would present. This series was closer than the scores would indicate.

We left the bases loaded 4 times in two games..
We battled back a couple of times to take the lead..
We never gave up even though NO ONE gave us a chance to win!
I think this #3 seed from 8-5A gave the MIGHTY STATE RATED team...at least a little concern!
We wish your boys good luck, and hope you go deep in the playoffs but Good Sportsmanship dictates that you should be a gracious winner!

It was late and I reacted to DullBull's post that carried no respect for the Cowboys....a highly state ranked team. I was just having a little fun with him.
As for the games, there over and no sense rehashing them. Lamar has a good group of ball players and I look forward to watching Kyle continue to grow into even more of a stud this summer with DBAT.
