What does anybody know about this? Went to the doctor yesterday and they told me I need this. I have loose bodies floating around my knee and a piece of bone has came off backside of my kneecap and seems to have reattached itself off to the side which is causing pain / swelling. Got the miracle elixir cortisone shot so it's starting to feel better but that's only going to last a few months. I'm not feeling getting a shot every 3 to 4 months
