My oldest boy's going to a National Scouting Report showcase in Rochester, NY in early July. They rate players on arm strength, running speed, and fielding technique and send reports to colleges across the country.

I know that long throwing and practicing throws to 2nd from behind the plate, as well as sprint running are excercises he should do in preparation. But, what are some things he can practice with regard to his position behind the plate?
