Typically, there's not enough information to give a valid answer. If the bat hits F2's mitt, it's not obstruction, and may be interference by the batter if a runner is trying to advance.

Your post said the pitch was fouled, then the bat hit the mitt. That sounds like on the follow-through. In that case, it's just a foul ball. In order for there to be obstruction, F2 has to hinder the batter's swing.
