Welcome to HSBaseballWeb + NoVA.  You will find a treasure trove of information here that will help you throughout your career.  My son loves working with John Pinkman, he has a proven track record of helping kids reach the next level.  Find the time to drop in on a class + then meet him.  They are in the process of moving so plan accordingly!   http://www.pinkmanbaseball.com/.  Best of luck to you.

Sean McCauley is an excellent instructor.  Two of my boys have been coached by him and benefited greatly.  I believe he is well suited to instruct kids who are younger, raw and not as refined.  Maybe those between the ages of 7 to 12.  The reason I suggested Pinkman to 2016catcher is because he is a Junior in high school and will benefit from the more cerebral approach.  One other excellent NoVA area instructor is Sammy Serrano at Patriot HS.  Hope this helps.
