I think the teams to beat in the Catholic league are Rita Rice Loyola and Providence when Stroud pitches. Carmel is mediocre at best same with Fenwick. Pitching is the key, Rita probably has the best rotation. Rice has a very young team with 8 or 9 Jrs starting, their lineup is tough with a young group of pitchers. Loyola is led by of course Ian Tompkins and i don't know of anyone else that they have. They must have pitching since they made it deep into the summer playoffs. Providence should be young as well whenever Stroud pitches they will be at best. Fenwick was very weak last year, and i dont know how their sophs are.
