Can anyone give me first-hand info on Certified Athlete? Have visited the website but don't quite understand level of exposure in terms of scouts present, etc. Thanks.

TRhit: The only thing I am certified as being is NUTS! Anyhow - Certified Athlete, as far as I can tell, is an organization that both evaluates 'talent' (showcase) and, I believe, provides website space for listing showcase info./athlete's bio, etc. I know that some well-respected organizations (Doyle Baseball, RBI Baseball - Texas) are partnering with them to some degree. Apparently colleges / scouts subscribe to their website/services. Am a little leary as I don't know anyone w/firsthand knowledge - but they will be in my area end of this month and the host site is very reputable, although new to working with C.A.
