After a year at Chippolla Junior college in Florida and a year at Jackson State. Chad Farr LHP/1B who graduated from Christian Brothers high school and was drafted back in 2001 has finished his JC degree and had signed to play at Lee University.
Note from last year:
I have a "TORN LABRAUM" and had surgery 2 months ago. I AM TAKING IT DAY BY DAY AND EXPECT TO BE BACK PITCHING BETTER THAN EVER TOWARDS THE END OF 2004.
Chad was a teammate of Josh's for the Colorado Rockies at the 2000 East Coast Pro Showcase in Wilmington. His dad is webster COBB8. They have been great friends over the years and I am very happy for the whole family. He never gave up and is now back in the game of baseball. He is a gamer and a player to watch in the future!
Here is his note:
Today is a good day for me. I have signed a college scholarship to play baseball with Lee University in Cleveland, TN. It was a long tough road. My cleats have been off my feet for 1yr and 2 months. Last week I put them back on for the first time. I really felt the new excitement of being back in the game.
