Hello Baseballguy. Sorry I missed you folks I stepped out a minute came back and didnt see anyone so I finished watching the game.
Impact Showcase
They will get a T-Shirt with a number on it. They will split them up on teams. Then they will go run the 60. Then they will have a pro style work out. OF will throw to third from right field and then to home. All infielders will go to ss and take a ground ball to their right their left straight at them and a slow roller. Firtbase will take all throws and third base will take throws from of. Catchers will throw pop times and catch the pitchers in the pen. They will take bp usually around 9 or 10 swings. All pitchers will be gunned in the pen sometimes they throw on the field it just depends. Then they will play some games. You will enjoy it they run a great showcase. They will also be looking at kids for the summer next year on their teams. The ones that show well will be invited to come play. We have a kid from Maryland on the Dirtbags right now LJ Hoes. He is great young man. Good Luck at the tryout.

Yeh...my son's played against LJ...he's a talent, no question. Glad to hear your comments re: IMPACT and their showcase. Son is an '09 outfielder and he thinks he'd like to play post HS in the Carolinas, so we are spending more and more time down your way. Lots of good programs and we have been fortunate to meet some great folks so far. We are looking forward to another great time at the IMPACT event.
