It is a great school for someone looking to go pro. Are they recruiting your son?

Chipola is a good place for a player looking to go anywhere after a couple of years of JUCO ball.

But then again, close your eyes and pick almost any JUCO in Florida and you can't go wrong.

Look at Sante Fe for instance. 2 years ago played in the JUCO World Series. This year (to date) they are currently ranked #1 in the country.

Very successful program. However, be sure it is a good fit for your guy and understnad that it's deadsville there. Very small area. If you are from a larger city in FL, it could be rough for your son. JMO. Either way, best of luck.

Not for the average or even sometimes above average hs player. Many big D1 transfers and players that have been drafted as high school seniors. Multiple players are drafted every year. Jeff runs a good program. Highly recruited by 4 year universities.

Polk State College is now ranked #14 in the nation.

Northwest Florida has really gotten it going over there. Most all of their kids move on well.
