choice between blue grey and pg?

Did your son go to PG Underclassmen in December? We got the brochure for Sunshine East, but I was told just yesterday by a PG scout that Sunshine East is mainly for underclassmen who missed the PG national underclassmen showcase in December, and also as a feeder to the big PG national showcase, which is 2010 invite only. If your son was not at PG underclassmen and you can make it, then you might think seriously about going.

We did both Blue Grey and PG this year. We were glad we went to the Blue Grey event as a first showcase because it was small and laid back, with a no pressure kind of atmosphere. But PG was awesome. We will definitely go back next year.

Try to get a sense for the colleges of interest, and then try to find out if any are at the B-G or PG events. Go to the one with colleges of intereset in attendance. If you want a more national opportunity (PG Profile, Skillshow opportunity), go PG.
