Choosing a college. Which weighs more, the school or the coach?

I don't think a player should think about that when looking at schools, but rather where can he can go where he will be most challenged, even if that means the field is a launching pad.

True, but if you have the choice would you not factor that into your decision?

RZ, I agree that was an outstanding acronym. It really sums up everything about choosing a college. I'm guessing the kids who are itching to go pro are emphasizing "program" over everything else.

(BTW, Bum, Jr. will be in Madison this Summer!)

Exsposure would come to mind if a player was at a top program.
The chance of getting noticed would be much higher I would believe.
Also if your at a lessor known school and your part of the reason they are having success would also bode well in your favor.
