CIF rules for an outfield fence

Does a CIF field require varsity fields to have an outfield fence? Looking though section 2 of the NFHS and I dont see anywhere that says a fence is required. Also looking for some feedback from HS teams that use or have played with a portable mound. Does it diminish or take away from the integrity of game at all? any suggestions and responses are appreciated.

Fence is not required however if you get to the quarterfinals you can not host unless you have a fence. If you did win the coin flip either you would have to bring in a portable or borrow a school that does have one.
