CLA+ Test

I know this is not a baseball question or topic, but have any of your sons been asked to take a CLA+ test at college? We received an email stating that the school plans to have a proctor escort our son out of class to take a CLA+ test this next week. I tried to look up information online and was not able to find out much about the purpose for the test.
